Even though the host was nice and tried to assist in her own way. The car battery died after being off for more than 5 hours. Therefore I had to get a boost. I was 180 miles away from home which was frustrating. Again the host was willing to assist as best as she could.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry you experienced this issue during your trip. As soon as you contacted me, I offered roadside assistance to help resolve the situation, but it was declined. After the trip, the vehicle’s battery and alternator were professionally tested and both were found to be working properly. I’m glad I was able to assist as much as possible, and I appreciate your feedback
The car was great I had a problem and she came in 15 minutes and fixed it. I definitely recommend and will rent from her again thank you for being amazing
