Good car, easy pickup/dropoff! On pick-up, just ask one of the workers for the car keys. Will likely rent from these guys again :)

Okay besides the smoke odor
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. We remain committed to enforcing our No Smoking policy, though full compliance can occasionally be challenging. For these cases during pick up, please reach out to our staff right away so they can inspect and confirm the issue. Trip was excellent. Car was clean and in great condition. Pick-up was easy ! Please note that you will have to take a shuttle to the actual place BUT other than that easy peasy ! I would recommend 10/10.
