The car did not have any washer fluid in it. The windows were dirty on the inside, and there was a knocking in one of the wheels.

Sorry the car wasn’t fully prepared, especially with the low washer fluid, dirty windows, and the knocking sound you noticed. This was a last-minute booking, so the prep window was shorter, but we know those items still need attention. The wheel concern will be inspected.
Car was great , Ran Great , looked Great, definitely love renting from you guys ..very understanding when im running behind every once in a while with work or my next rental...thank you guys for the great experience
