There were holes in the seats and it still smelled like smoke and not cigarette smoke.The car needs servicing oil change ect…They didn’t wash the car as I seen them doing to others and my reservation was still delayed an hour and 15 minutes.

We do want to note that the concerns regarding the seat condition, odor, cleanliness, and maintenance were not reported until after the trip had ended, which prevented us from having the opportunity to address them during the reservation. Additionally, the trip photos and documentation provided did not show evidence of the reported cleanliness or condition concerns.
