The car broke down on the second day of me having it. A mechanic driving by helped me and said the car had a visibly faulty line that any mechanic would see. The owner ignored my message when I told him the car broke down and denied all fault claiming “used cars just break down”, and refused any refund for the car not being operational. When I called Turo for a tow they claimed their systems were down and they could not help me I was stranded for hours and had to get help from a stranger. I was already home but the time Turo roadside assistance even returned my call. 0/10 experience from Turo and the seller. Just got to enterprise guys it’s not worth it.

There were two situations one I did not get it on time it was 20 minutes late cuz I had to wait for him to make sure it was straight or whatever but you should have been prepped beforehand it does need some maintenance on the car is so and I had to wash the car was very filthy when I received it once I got to my point I took it to the car wash and got it detail but other than that my trip was safe and it was good
