Car was not up to standards upon picking it up, USB ports were broke (all of them ) couldn’t charge my phone and I went out of town so I had to purchase portables … also breaks squeaked off and on during travels . One window was fully tinted the rest were light tint. The host was rude about the situation and claimed the ports worked before I got the car but they were in fact broken as if the car had been previously vandalized… I would never rent again from this host , this was a huge inconvenience even after I reported it to Turo .

Thank you very much for the feedback. I was very polite to this client and understanding the client situation. Before renting our cars out. We check for any inconvenience and we know everything was OK in this car when we giving it to the client. And after the client gave the car back there was a strong smell and the car was dirty. The client even took picture of the wrong car and never submitted picture of the car they rented. I just wanted to give my opinion out here and not offend anyone.
