This was a terrible experience I would never book with them again when I arrived they gave me a vehicle which I thought was the vehicle I booked 30 minutes later I get a call askin can I come back it was a big inconvenience for me and I wasn’t able to the blew my phone up stating someone has given me the wrong vehicle , he blew my phone down telling me to stop driving that he was behind me to meet me and switch the car out , I had the car I originally booked for 2 days after we switched and the 2nd day the car wouldn’t start the first day I had it , it was acting like it didn’t want to start I figured it was because of cold weather conditions and the day I tried to return it cut out on me completely. The host advised me to contact Turo and have it towed which makes me wonder if they knew it was an existing issue. He also tried to charge me for an extra day when he know I had to wait on the tow truck he added extra charges that weren’t valid I would never rent from him again horrible experience. And this is a real review and I have proof as well I was held up for 4 hours because this man didn’t do his due diligence on this vehicle
