The guest reported an A/C issue shortly after the trip began. The A/C was working properly at drop-off and was still blowing cold when I picked up the vehicle. The guest had the car for less than an hour and did not allow two hours to diagnose or resolve the issue. I contacted Turo to help facilitate a replacement, but as a small host with only two vehicles, I had no immediate replacement available.
I believe I did the best I could considering the circumstances.
