I had a great rental experience! The customer service and communication were excellent. They helped me step by step throughout the entire process, from picking up the car to dropping it off. Instructions from this organization were horrible. Location for pick up took you next door and they directed us to an abandoned lot next door. App would not let me check out. If this had been my first experience with Turo I would have never rented again.
