The car had a smell. It ran kinda rough and the seats were not the cleanest. A little overpriced for this rental based on condition.

I have been a member of Turo for six years, and this has unfortunately been my worst rental car experience to date. The vehicle exhibited several critical issues that significantly affected my comfort and safety:
Vehicle condition:** The interior and exterior were extremely dirty, and there was a persistent foul odor inside the cabin. To mitigate the smell, I felt compelled to apply cologne after each use.
Comfort and functionality:** The air conditioning did not blow cold air, impacting in-transit comfort.
Sanitation concerns:** There were spiders and roaches present inside the vehicle, which raises serious hygiene and safety concerns.
Communication with the operator:** I raised these concerns with the operator, but their response did not address my risk and quality expectations. This left me feeling ignored and unsupported.
Impact on future use:** Given these issues, I am reluctant to continue using this service in its current state.
