Car was just ok…car was dirty on outside but Clean internally. Were some dents on outside and wheels were dinged up. Car drove ok. The pick up was fairly seamless but we were told by another parking lot employee that we should call the Parking Spot shuttle location to have them send a shuttle. Drop off was not very smooth. We did not realize there were 2 different Parking Spot locations and we went to wrong one. When we got to the right entrance we could not enter because we did not have the required QR code. After finding a Parking Spot employee she told us to call to have code sent but was not able to connect when tried calling. There was a help button at gate and after pressing that the person opened gate after answering questions. Then finally when I went to lock the car with the website they gave us to do so.,.it did not work. I had to call and fortunately got through and the person said they would lock car from their end. Still love Turo and will continue to use but this was not a good experience

Car was great! Really good gas mileage and easy to drive with a lot of nice features. Drove onto the sand in Galveston easily, and AC and radio were perfect. Check in was a little problematic because the app link didn't unlock the vehicle, but customer service quickly resolved the issues. I would definitely rent again!

The host was easy to work with and instructed clearly on pick up / drop off.
Location was a breeze to get to since they have pick up / drop off shuttles.
Car was as expected, nothing out of the ordinary-- do take pictures of before and after conditions to avoid any issues.
Overall good experience. Would use again.

Passenger window, did not work, car was not a fuel tank, it smelled like smoke, the lights kept going in and out.
