It was a problem since I booked the car this wasn’t my original booking they charged me host canceled it kept my money due to them canceling it due to my id expire in 2days but I had the new paper temporary id that expire in 2030 then they charge me another price for a totally different car this Car was damaged trunk dent up Hard to open the trunk dents all in the back I was stuck in the airport for 3 hours waiting on the host to figure something out after they took and kept my money and charged me another fee I was pissed started my birthday of all wrong

The car itself was great. However the communication was horrible. I tried calling and messaging within the app and I never heard anything back from anyone. Other than that the car was great!

Original host canceled last a minute within sixty minutes of pickup....... it cost me two hours and I missed my meeting.....
