The communication was smooth, the pickup location was sketchy and I didn’t really like it, being a woman picking up a vehicle. It wasn’t clear which car lot it was nor business. It’s in a questionable area so make sure you have your ride after dropping off available. They asked for my personal phone number but still communicated via Turo so I wasn’t sure what that step was for. The car also may need a tune up, the trip I had planned was canceled so I used it locally and when accelerating it was a drag and took a few extra minutes to get up to normal speed/acceleration
