Car wasn’t clean when was pick up and car didn’t look exactly way pictured (No rims)

The vehicle was clean and the car itself was as expected but the pictures show the car with custom wheels so the customer believes that’s what the car will look like and part of the reason why they book in the first place. With the way the car look in the photos it’s unique but when you pick up the car it has some tiny base model wheels on it which helps for a smoother ride but the pictures are misleading. If I had know that I was getting a run of the mill S-Class I probably wouldn’t have rented it or spent as much doing so. It was disappointing. And the host does not answer any of your questions at all. All of my questions went unanswered but when the host did finally respond they had the nerve to ask me to send their car through their pre paid car wash before I returned it. The Turo add specifically say that washing is not required. That’s his responsibility as a host. Why would I take time out of my trip and wait to have his vehicle washed and make it convenient for the host. Overall I like the no face to face way of renting and outside of not having the wheels on it the car was still very nice. It just wasn’t work the price I paid for two days.
