WORSE RENTAL EVER!! was very rude im only 18 and i paid 5k for a month for this car ,out of the whole month i only had 2 days where i had payment issues and was communicating the whole time he made it seen like i was trying to steal the car smh , turo accommodated me because on one of the days I had a payment issue I thought the payment went through until the next day turo reached out to me stating that only one of the payments went through, and that was for the invoice of $27 i’m a young driver as I stated which means I use Cash App chime, etc to pay which means I have limits and restrictions after depositing and taking off a certain amount of money. Turo accommodated me by extending my trip for two days and sent me an invoice and telling me to just pay for the invoice in a week ,and I can still extend day by day so with them telling me this I’m thinking that I still have the option to extend day by day, but that wasn’t the case with the host .I’ve contacted plenty representatives to confirm this plenty said yes one said no ,he hit me up last minute bout 2-3 hours before saying that I can’t extend the car knowing that I’m in a different city from having the car for a month he then proceeds to say I was stealing the car even though I’ve contacted him with no response and I’ve also went through turo to tell them about the situation. I’ve called him and he was very disrespectful stating that im trying to steal the car and that he was gonna get 20,000 out of me because he claims that I’m trying to steal the car and he will call the police on me. i’m only 18 so I was very threatened that a grown man was yelling at me so I’ve decided to contact the police and see what they would like to do with the car, I will not be returning the car. I will let the police handle that and let them return the car because I feel very unsafe returning the car after yelling at me through the phone I was trying to tell him that I had a funeral the next day. I wouldn’t mind paying to extend till I can drop the car off, but he was being very disrespectful over the phone saying that you don’t have no money and if you want to extend you have to pay me for five days upfront, but I paid 5K for a month smh worse experience ever

You’re laying and the is booking with turo 5 days for enother guest and you can in the morning I send to you in messages of turo the car is booking and the rule to return the car but this guest don’t want to return the car sometime I have work I want the car 2 days and sometimes I have funerals but she don’t want to return and she broke my second trip
