“I had a disappointing experience with this rental. The car smelled like cigarette smoke, which made the trip unpleasant. we realized he had followed us from pickup location down the road, which felt uncomfortable and unprofessional.”

The quality for the car mechanically was reliable. The smell of the vehicle was horrendous due to the previous renter. I wasn’t notified of the smoke smell before trip. The windows were difficult to see through with the limo tint. The location for pickup was close to airport and drop off was simple. The fee for picking up parking was 25 which was more than what was stated on rental.
