Great experience overall. The car was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as expected. Pickup and dropoff were smooth, and everything went without any issues. Would definitely rent again.

This car was super nice and really sexy. Very comfortable, even on long drives. Only draw backs were a little delay in my ID verification and the pick up time (although the owner did do me a solid by allowing an earlier pick up time than originally asked for), not receiving the car with a full tank of gas, and also not having a washed and clean exterior (but interior was spotless).

No way you got a dirty exterior that’s completely false with a spotless interior? The car was just serviced by Mercedes given a full detail inside and out. Went over on my miles mad because I made a claim (ie long drive)
Amazing car highly recommended and great host
