I had asked to pick up the car from the airport, but the owners don't seem to do that and didn't say so until after I made the reservation.
They have a contract with a hotel off-site from the airport, which you can take a free shuttle to. It took an extended period of time for them to unlock the car remotely, and we had to call the owners directly to unlock it.
The car had not been well maintained. There was previous damage to one of the wheels and the car vibrated while driving it. The owners said it was still ok to drive, so I did. It was clear when I picked up the car that it was beat up. There was damage on all the wheels and body.
It was not a great overall experience.
Thank you for the feedback. We apologize for the 10-minute delay during check-in. We use an off-site lot with a free shuttle specifically so we can cover all guest parking fees. Regarding the vehicle, we prioritize safety with premium tires and frequent maintenance; our post-trip inspection confirmed the car is in good mechanical health with no vibrations. We appreciate the input and will continue to focus on a seamless experience.
