The car was amazingly clean and felt brand new. There were absolutely no issues with the vehicle. The delivery feature was easy and convenient, and the host was very communicative throughout the entire rental. Overall, it was a great experience, and I will definitely rent from this host again!

I had rented from this host two times before with no issues. I asked the host if it was ok to turn the car in early due to me purchasing a car and she replied yes. I requested the change through the app but the host notified me she would loose wages and did not accept the change until the regularly scheduled return date although she had picked the car up already. I notified turo and was refunded the entire amount. Thank you Turo for your understanding. I am highly disappointed with the host.

I accommodated the guest by picking up the vehicle early. My decision followed Turo’s policies and the reservation terms, not a personal attitude toward the guest. I communicated this clearly throughout the trip and treated the guest with respect.
This car is pretty awesome. Staff are helpful and responsive. Minor maintenance was needed but staff worked with me to ensure no gap in use of one of their vehicles.
I will use them again and recommend them.
