I had a great experience overall! I did run into an unexpected issue with a blown-out tire, but the host handled everything immediately and made sure the problem was taken care of quickly. Once the car was fixed, they even dropped it back off to me with a full tank of gas for the inconvenience, which I really appreciated.
Great communication, excellent customer service, and they truly went above and beyond to make things right. I would definitely book with them again and highly recommend them!
