It was great. I didn't have any problems and was able to Bluetooth my vehicle. One of my biggest things I liked was that there was a cigarette smell within the car. I called the person and they offered a discount, so I definitely feel like customer service was great! Would definitely rent from here again.
Hello, we sincerely apologize for the odor. We are a non-smoking family, but unfortunately, not all guests follow our non-smoking policy. We have done our best to eliminate the smell by running an ozone machine and replacing the air filter. However, due to limited time between bookings, we were unable to remove it completely. We truly apologize for the inconvenience🙏

The process was so easy and they accommodated me once my original rental car was no longer available. They found a replacement quick.
Car was extremely clean, no bad smells, drove beautifully. I would book again!
