I will never us them again. Used them 3 weeks in a row and the past two weeks they changed the vehicle I selected at the last minute. Even put me in a smaller vehicle and would not give me money back. This week I’m ending my trip early due to safety issues with the vehicle. When I picked up the vehicle one of the tires was at 25 psi, today it started raining the windshield wouldn’t even wipe the water off the windshield because they need to be replaced. Customer service is terrible.

When the concerns were reported, we provided the option to bring the vehicle to our location so we could inspect and address them, but this option was declined. We appreciate your comments and will continue working to improve both our vehicles and guest experience.

The tire pressure light came on because of a flat tire—except it wasn't flat. I contacted the hosts. The vehicle's drop-off instructions specified one location, but when you enter it into the GPS, it directs you to the exact same place where the car was originally picked up.
hank you for your feedback. Tire pressure lights can occasionally come on due to changes in temperature or when the tires simply need additional air, even when there is no flat tire. We appreciate you reaching out to us during your trip so we could assist.
Regarding the return location, the pickup and drop-off locations are intended to be the same, and the GPS directions may lead back to the original pickup area for that reason. We appreciate your understanding.

Ride was cool but had to keep putting air in the tire

Had to continually put air in the tire , keep saying low oil fuel before we pulled off when picking up the car and while having the caring during the trip

No smoking allowed
Smoking in any Turo vehicle will result in a $150 fine
