The pickup location was accurate and so were the instructions. The process was smooth. I was disappointed in the cleanliness of the vehicle. The vehicle does not ride as smoothly as I thought it would.
I actually have an older S550 model (non-convertible) and it rides much better. The interior dash was dusty, and the car was generally dusty on the exterior. With more frequent cleaning it would be fine.
Solid ride but for the price I could have gone with Avis/Hertz and got a simpler can that was cleaner. I only chose this car because I wanted to try out a convertible mustang while I was in town for the weekend.
