I had a great experience, literally rented the car last minute

Car was completely flat wen I got it and I aired it up only to find out it was also another tire at the back not only that I had to fill the tire again while using the car, and it had cigar guts on the floor. I picked the car up 4 min from me which was why I got it because it was close and the main dealbreaker was the host tried to get me to return the car to his home 24 minutes away from the “shop” I picked it up from which was only 4 minutes from my home so yea drop off was horrible I filled the car and still got charged for gas even though I used the gas to get me to the new drop off location and I was already at the “shop” to return the car which was in a different city but u get what you pay for I personally wouldn’t rent again but he was nice and responsive.

This is the worse experience that I ever had the whole car needs to be taken off turo let’s start soon as I booked he changed the pickup location then he was late pulling up to drop off the car I had to wait for him to come then when he arrived the car looks nothing like the advertised photos the side is missing panel pieces the front has scratches and scrapes the hood looks like it doesn’t close all the way or the front grill just not connected because it’s a gap in the structure the tint is bubbling over you can barely see out the back window then before I get in the car he tells me it’s a puncture in his tire just put air in it and he will reimburse me for the air (that never happened) I went to put air in the tire thinking okay if that’s all that’s wrong the maybe the car is fine but the car smells bad of mildew like it was flooded out and should be totaled all the buttons to control the system is scraped off the tires don’t need just air they are bald the car is shaking I’m sure from being unbalanced and breaks definitely needs to be done I just got back to my destination and parked it because I didn’t feel safe driving it and was going to deal with getting another car the next day but my flight was moved up I asked the host since I had a flight in the morning can we do a dropoff at IAH or downtown because that was about a 15 min drive but he kept saying bring the car 45 mins back to him which I wasn’t comfortable with doing because how it drive I had the car towed back to him and now he’s trying to charge me for fuel for the lil once of gas that was used when it will equal up to the amount of air I had to put in the tire smh this is sad the whole experience was horrible

Excellent host, the car drove nice and he was nice.Definitely would rent from him again.
