While I’m appreciative of having a vehicle to drive, there were several issues with my experience. The car had an unpleasant smell, the passenger seat had chocolate smeared on it, there was animal fur in the back seat area and whenever I would stop then press the gas again to accelerate, the car would shake and jump as if there was a transmission issue or something, making me feel very unsafe when driving it. I enjoy renting from Turo and have never had an experience like this but can’t see myself trusting to rent another vehicle after this experience.
