My experience wasn't the best as its use to when I rent from turo. Within a couple of hours, the tire went flat. I personally believe the tire was running low on air when I picked it up and refilled before I picked the car up. The brakes seemed like it may need to be checked. When I press on the brakes it shifted the car forward slightly before completely stopping.
The car was decent as far as cleanliness,it needed to be dusted off on the inside, which I normally wipe with disinfectant wipes with any vehicle I rent so it wasn't a big deal. But Unfortunately I will not rent another vehicle from this location if I don't have to.

We operate from a shared tire shop where vehicles are checked before and after each trip. The guest before you and the two guests after reported no concerns. A flat tire can happen unexpectedly due to road hazards at any time. We understand this may have impacted your experience, and some concerns appear influenced by that.
