Awesome host and friendly yet on time communication . The car was great on the ford feistia 2014 the ac clicked when it turned on . Gas wasn’t all the way full when I got it . But that is ok. It was a good car. For around town .

There are a lot of reviews out there that claim to be “honest,” but I want to truly keep it real. These are the kind of people you want to do business with. I’ve had this car for over a month, and not once did they hassle me or make me feel uncomfortable. Any time I needed something, they were there.
They were friendly, kind, and incredibly patient—especially when I was confused about the process or needed help with extensions. They genuinely care about people, not just making money, and that shows in everything they do.
As a first-time Turo user, I was nervous, but they made the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Any vehicle you rent from them will be quality, and the customer service is truly phenomenal. They walk with you every step of the way.
I honestly have no negative issues to report. Even when I struggled financially at the last minute, they were still exceptional and understanding. If you’re looking for a host, you’ve absolutely come to the right place. No questions asked—I will definitely rent from them again.
