First off the car was terrible, not in any condition to be driven. 2018 Ford with almost 150,000 miles on it? Issues are present as soon as you start the car, brakes are bad, needs a tire balance, makes noise when accelerating, and constantly jerks. They knew exactly what was wrong with the car. I tried to be reasonable and ask for a different vehicle because that one was unsafe to drive…they declined. Okay can I have a refund…they declined. Told me to speak to Turo about it. I did just that and was given a new usable car. I get wanting to make money off a used car but it’s extremely non ethical to put someone in a death trap like that. Do better

the cat needs repair..they email you every minute…the cost of parking is not included like other Turo cars
