I had a great experience renting this vehicle. The host was friendly, responsive, and very accommodating throughout the rental. During my trip, I unexpectedly got a flat tire around drop off time, and as someone who had never dealt with that situation before through Turo, I was concerned. The host was incredibly supportive, patient, and flexible while helping me navigate the issue as I had to book a new flight. Their communication and understanding made a difficult situation much easier to handle. Thanks again !
