We had a great experience renting this car. Unfortunately, we got a flat tire during our trip, but the host handled the situation very well. They responded quickly, were understanding, and offered several solutions to help us. We really appreciated their excellent communication and support. Despite the unexpected issue, we would definitely recommend renting from this host again. Thank you for making a difficult situation as smooth as possible!

Thank you for your feedback. I’m sorry the vehicle did not fully meet your expectations. After your concerns were mentioned, the car was inspected by a mechanic and no mechanical issues were found. I also personally drove the vehicle and it is operating well. As a 2019 four-cylinder vehicle, acceleration may feel different compared to larger or more powerful vehicles, but it is functioning as intended. I always appreciate feedback and continuously work to provide the best experience possible
