This has been the worst experience ever. The car smelled awful like cigarettes I mean extremely overwhelming when he brought it to me, after I text him about it he acknowledged and apologized. It was so bad I had to spend $20 of my own money just to buy deodorizer. I literally had to ride with the windows down the entire time and I had left the doors open for the first 30 minutes of getting the car. It should have never been dropped off in that condition, it should have been professionally cleaned and shampooed. Then when I didn’t fuel the car up he wants to send me an invoice for gas, as if I should pay to fill it up after ruining my clothes for days. If I could rate ZERO stars I would. Do not recommend.
This is clearly because the guest returned the car empty and I sent him an invoice for the tank of gas. I hope Turo deletes this review.
