Clif notes: Vehicle was not ready at appointed time causing me to miss a tour I paid for, the parking cam didnt work. I was not compensated.

Full story: I was called, around 30-40minutes before pickup time to ask if I could give them an hour pass the appointed time. I said No because my schedule was very tight and I would miss one of my appointments and I mentioned that 70 of the 200miles will be just to pickup and drop-off the rental. They were going to cover at least that if I agreed to the 1 hour later pickup. Though I really couldnt afford the delay, I said I can make it 30min later at most and try to move things around to make that work. I was at their mercy at this point because I couldn't just go elsewhere and get another C8 immediately. They wouldn't give me the extra miles for that. I got the tardy car and missed a tour I paid for because of it. The rear parking camera also did not work, which is very much a requirement on a C8. I had to get out of the car at least twice per time I parked in order to back in. I repoerted this and I asked again if Ican get some form of compensation for the inconveniences. I asked for 100 miles, then 50. I got jack squat but a bill for 12 miles I went over the 200. That's sad since miles doesn't even come out of their pockets. Other than that, The car was clean and in decent enough shape, just a little painted over curb rash a tiny scratch in the paint, and some rash on the defusers and such, but nothing that stood out if you didnt really look for blemishes. Other than them being late, pick-up and drop-off was smooth.
