The car itself was nice and a good experience. However, I use Turo to avoid dealing with car rental companies, but that’s what this process felt like with this rental. The pick up and drop off was a hassle and I had to pay to get the vehicle out of the off-site parking structure. In this instance, probably easier to just deal directly with a rental company.
Unfortunately, things you stated is out of the hosts control I can’t control that the airport is under construction at Bush. I also can’t control that Turo’s policy is for us to park the vehicles at the parking lot at the airport and yes, they charge you nine dollars to retrieve the vehicle.

The car was definitely nice. The host had great communication, no issues at all. Very easy, highly recommend his services!

Pick up and drop off was super easy. Ed respond very quickly and even let me extend my trip for 2 hrs due to travel issues. My only complaint was the car could have been washed before I picked it up but other than that everything was great! Will definitely rent again in the future!
