Car was filthy and the mister car wash don’t get it cleaned up properly. I had to take it to a detail shop to get the other person hair and other nastiness out of it. Exterior was also filthy. Had to pay extra for wheel detail to get the neglected wheels cleaned up. Also the car has damage on bumper which takes away from the experience of having a nice car do the weekend. You instead have a damaged car. Terrible. Also Hugo was slow to communicate. Brakes squeak and tires are tire rotted.
I apologize for the inconvenience I was out of town and multiple people rented do just one day I promise your next experience would be different
