Delayed communication from host caused my reservation to be one hour late. No accommodations were made for their inconvenience. I had to reschedule three appointments because of this with no apology or explanation. Worst experience ever!!

Had a bit of a rough pick up with host communication lacking but eventually got the car but would have loved to have a smoother pick up , drop off was easy . Car was fantastic
