Excellent experience with this 2021 BMW 5 Series! The car was super clean, luxurious, smooth riding, and very well maintained. The host was professional, responsive, and made everything easy from pickup to drop-off. Definitely a 5-star experience — I would absolutely rent again!

The car was in very good condition. The owner was responsive to questions and seemed nice. It was really nice to have the EZTag available. Reason for the 4 instead of 5 stars is for 2 reasons 1 - I should have paid more attention to the pick up location specifics. I searched for cars at IAH airport, I may not have realized that the settings were for within "x" miles of IAH airport. This vehicle is not able to be picked up, or dropped off, at airport which means you'll have to get transportation to the vehicle. The owner didn't make any attempt to work something out so I had to pay for transportation to his house. 2 - I couldn't connect my iPhone (I'm pretty tech savvy) as it was constantly trying to connect a Galaxy phone so I couldn't use for navigating and handling phone calls as easily as if I were able to connect my iPhone.
