Car was dirty. Had a weird odor. Windshield was cracked. Pics are deceiving. A lot more I can say. Decided to return the car early.

The car was a great ride, got it half full and it lasted half my trip. Great on gas and smooth drive. However I was annoyed over the pickup and return process. I had a delayed flight and came in 10 pm and an early 5 AM flight… i was already irritated and exhausted so The extra steps, distance and waiting to communicate defeats the purpose of why use turo which is why the 3 star review. I would prefer to just walk to the car I rent and take the pictures and return as such without having to wait for any code or verification. If you dont mind taking a shuttle to and from the separate airport location and communicating with the owner for pickup… this rental is for you.The turo leaser was nice but this option is not for people who prefer self check in
Thank you for your feedback. But you were 5hrs late for pickup with no prior communication as to which terminal you would be landing at or that there was a flight delay. Usually, the car is parked at a Turo approved parking that allows flexibility and security (not time based). Wish you had communicated before pickup, there was no reply to our messages regarding the shuttle. Hope to make your next trip more seamless.
