Turo 2025 airport delivery incentive program – Terms & Conditions

We're running an incentive program to incentivize hosts to increase the number of cars they deliver to the airport between October 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025. This program is not applicable to airport deliveries for vehicles that had airport delivery enabled as of October 1, 2025.

Incentive details and host eligibility

• This incentive program is invite-only, and to take part, you must have received an email from Turo inviting you to participate.
• The applicable incentive payment is paid on January 15, 2026.
• For vehicles that are managed by a Turo host as part of the passive income hosting program, the vehicle owner will receive 100% of the incentive for each qualifying vehicle.

Vehicle eligibility

The following criteria must be met for a vehicle to qualify for the incentive:

• Each vehicle must be model year 2019 or newer.
• Each vehicle must be either (1) an existing vehicle in your portfolio that did not have airport delivery enabled as of October 1, 2025, or (2) a new vehicle added to your portfolio after October 1, 2025.
• Each vehicle must have airport delivery enabled between October 1, 2025 and November 30, 2025, and must have completed at least 10 airport trip days on Turo between October 1, 2025 and December 31, 2025.
• In order to qualify for the incentive, vehicles must be added in one or more of the following markets: Atlanta, GA / Austin, TX / Honolulu (Oʻahu), HI / Kailua-Kona (Hawaiʻi Island), HI / Las Vegas, NV / Līhuʻe (Kauaʻi), HI / Orlando, FL / Kahului (Maui), HI / Salt Lake City, UT / Tampa, FL.

The incentive amount you will receive for each qualifying vehicle will vary by airport:

Incentive period

• The incentive structure is based on (1) number of vehicles in your portfolio that each had airport delivery enabled between October 1, 2025 (incl.) and November 30, 2025 (incl.), and completed at least 10 airport trip days between October 1, 2025 (incl.) and December 31, 2025 (incl.); and (2) market area.
• The incentive period runs from October 1, 2025 (incl.) to December 31, 2025 (incl.). All dates are inclusive, all end at 11:59 pm PT.
• The incentive is paid per qualifying vehicle, with the total incentive amount paid out on January 15, 2026.

No fraudulent activity allowed

• Trips used to meet the 10-day threshold must be completed with airport delivery by unique guests and must not be flagged for fraudulent activity, chargebacks, or review. Trips by friends, family, or people you know are not eligible for the incentive.
• Turo reserves the right to disqualify trips deemed to be below-market, promotional, or that aren’t conducted at arm’s length in determining trip day qualification.
• Each vehicle’s VIN must be unique and can’t be added to more than one host or portfolio during the program period.
• Hosts may not share vehicles across multiple accounts or move vehicles between portfolios. Any such activity may disqualify both accounts.

General terms

• Headers in this document are provided for convenience and not to be interpreted to limit or affect any terms or conditions.
• Incentives are non-transferable, not for resale, and can’t be combined with other offers.
• In the event your vehicle is unable to be used for trips for reasons outside of your direct control, Turo may, in its reasonable discretion, still honor the incentive.
• Turo reserves the right to withhold or revoke incentive payments at its sole discretion in cases of suspected abuse, gaming the program mechanics, or behavior inconsistent with the spirit of the program. All decisions by Turo regarding qualification and incentive eligibility are final.
