Horrible don’t book. Has roaches in car. Car was dirty and had NO AC IN TBIS HAWAII HEAT IS CRAZY.

2/5 stars. The convertible was beautiful and the automated check-in process was very smooth. However, there were a couple of major issues with maintenance and upkeep. The car was completely out of coolant, which triggered the dashboard warning light. To the host's credit, when I messaged 'URGENT,' he responded very quickly, though we still had to stop and fill it up ourselves. We also unfortunately found cockroaches inside the vehicle. Communication for standard questions was tough as it seemed mostly automated, but he did handle the emergency well. It’s a great car, but it definitely needs more thorough maintenance and cleaning between guests.
