Takio was very accommodating and let us rent his car when we needed it the most!! There were literally no other rentals in town and everyone was sold out. He went out of his way to HELP us when he could have easily said NO. These are the holidays and we appreciate him cleaning the car for us and dropping it off to us at our hotel in Waikiki!!! Great customer service!!! Thank you Takio!!
