Communication with the host and the pickup process were excellent, which I really appreciated. However, the cleanliness of the car was seriously disappointing. The vehicle appeared not to have been cleaned at all, and there were ants inside the car. Because of the ant infestation, I couldn’t even leave a drink in the cup holder without ants gathering around it. I ended up having to throw away food and drinks because of the issue.
