Needed a car while mines was in the shop. Car arrived ahead of schedule, tank was full, interior was clean, small cosmetic damages on the outside, easy to contact if needed, very understanding since I had to extend by a day, and car drove pretty good. Overall it was a great experience for something in the meantime. :)

Wonderful communication throughout the trip and the YouTube video helped a lot to get to international parking

Ari was very nice and sweet, and we really appreciated how accommodating she was, especially since our initial Turo rental had a cockroach infestation. Being able to book a car last minute made a huge difference!
The car was clean, in good condition, and reliable overall. My only suggestion would be to replace the headlights, as they were pretty dim when driving at night, especially through tunnels. Other than that, we had a good experience and appreciate the great customer service!
