Extension issue- hopefully will be solved by Turo customer service. Host ageeed to extend rental by 2 hours bc our plane was late, but we were charged an extra day for keeping the car 1.75 extra hours. This was still under the time we picked the car up (so not an extra 24 hours if you know what I mean). I hope this will he resolved or I will be very unhappy

From Turo’s support:
If you're running late, you must request a trip extension through Turo as soon as possible you can do this anytime during the trip and up to 24 hours after the scheduled end time. The extension is only valid if requested through Turo and the nost accepts it.
Needing to change time is crucial in a situation that both parties verbally agree on.
Sorry for this experience. Ill make sure to inform my guests next time.

The car was in great condition. The host gave me clear instructions on where to pick up the keys.

Andrew’s Camry was great. We rented it for a month and had no problems. Got good gas mileage and a comfortable ride.
Andrew met us curbside at the airport and was there when we returned the car. Exceptionally responsive with messages.
