The car had no issues! I do wish pickup was a little more seamless especially after getting off of a long flight but I shared that with the host,

Car was great and brought us all over the island. There were Clear instructions for pick up and drop off including a very informative video. My only complaint is that it took us a 20 minute walk from the terminal to the parked car, and then again when leaving. Imagine doing that walk with heavy luggage in tow. Not a deal breaker just something to consider.
