The quality of the car was great. As we have never used Turo, I didn't take photos but have a video of the car if needed. We notified our host and the car was available for pickup at 12:45 on May 15th. We should not be charged a late fee or for any damage to the car. Ed Christy
You checked out early. I have taken photos at the time of pickup. Turo won’t charge you extra. Mahalo!

Easy to communicate with. Clear instructions. Easy pick up and drop off. Clean car. Very nice experience. Perhaps user error, but we sometimes had difficulties locking and unlocking the right passenger door (rear door).
