Pick Up drop off was easy. Car had some damage on the exterior and rims besides that you get paid for.

First time using Turo, so I didn't know I had to re-upload my license to the specific reservation for review within 24 hours of the trip. We weren't on wifi or checking turo messages the day before our trip; it meant that I was delayed and uploaded my license only 30 minutes before the start time. It didn't seem like it was getting reviewed quickly, so I had to hunt to find the owner's phone number and call for them to do the manual review (messaging through the app and/or texting did not return a reply quick enough to get the car). The car itself had some existing minor body damage (scrapes, tire rims were scraped) and internal salt/sweat staining of the seats upon pickup, but we documented this and weren't charged for any of it. The only disadvantage was the car's AC smelled weird every time we first turned it on. Eventually we categorized the smell as "body odor", but it usually disappeared (or we got used to it) after running for a minute or so. Dropoff was easy, and communication in general was timely.
