Car was dirty when picked up inside and out, not on full tank of gas. People were easy to communicate with but disappointed overall with rental.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE! They have a lack of communication and they are ALL from the mainland! The guys at the lot were very helpful but not anyone else! To many issues with this company! FIRST ISSUE I had was the tire was flat! I ended up putting air in the tire and fixing a small hole. SECOND ISSUE was the battery cable was broken so I fixed it and got it working, waited at the place for TWO HOURS with my daughter for a “replacement vehicle” they couldn’t find me one WHEN THERE WAS ALOT OF VEHICLES ON THEIR PROPERTY!
DO NOT RENT FROM THEM! Horrible experience NO COMMUNICATION! They have no idea what is going on! RIDICULOUS COMPANY!
