This was my first time using Turo and my first time in Hawaii and this rental was absolutely fantastic. After looking through the name brand rental companies trying to guarantee either a convertible or a Jeep Wrangler/Gladiator with removable roof panels, I came across some Turo vehicles on Priceline and downloaded the actual Turo app. I found this green little Mini Cooper on "sale" for my 8 day rental and gave it a shot and I couldn't be happier. The car was waiting right at the airport at the parking garage, no waiting in lines, no surprise fees, just a sweet little convertible waiting for me to explore the entire island. If you're on the fence about renting a convertible, go for it, you won't be sorry. Just note, although it a 4 seater, this car is best suited for 2, especially with luggage. My family had rented another vehicle as well so it was rare that we put 4 adults in it, but when we did, it was a tight squeeze for those in the back, and wasn't as comfortable for me up front having to scoot forward for them. LA Auto Sport was super communicative, even though I had no issues whatsoever, Bren was very nice and responsive. I would definitely recommend them and would rent this car again in a heartbeat if I came back to Hawaii.

This car defiantly need to be clean up, when we pick it up, the exterior are dirty, and interior are even worse. The door feels sticky, and we find a looooot ants! inside the car. I think pest control is needed for this car

Good car but mpg wasn’t great and I think that it shouldn’t be advertised too much to accommodate 4. Check engine light ended up turning on, and dropoff and pickup were a little
confusing.
