The car was great! Clean and easy to drive.
The only reason this wasn’t a 5 star trip was because my son and I lost about an hour of our 7 hour “day trip,” because the car arrived at the pickup location 40 minutes late. Which means the time it took to set up the rented car seat and officially start our trip was also delayed by 40 minutes. If I didn’t have a 4-year-old restlessly “waiting” in the parking lot with nowhere to go, I wouldn’t have a problem. But I did. I also requested that the car be dropped off on the level we were already waiting on - so I didn’t have to lug the luggage and my son much further. However, it was dropped off on another level. 🥲 I just wanted to get the boy in the car soo badly 😅
I should also note that the carseat’s head cushions didn’t have back straps to stay put. That could present a safety risk.
I would definitely give this provider another try, though! Because life happens
