Warned us there would be a possibility of roaches in the car. Told us they would put traps under the seat, but none were there upon arrival. Roaches would crawl from under the seats onto us. Offered us a new car but was making us drive back to the airport to pick up the new car, very inconvenient.

They changed my car and to avoid their $50 cancellation fee I had to wait an hour for them to cancel and make a new rez despite being told 3 hours earlier everything was good to go after scanning my license. I expressed concern an that I believed I should be refunded the “extra day” I had paid for the extra 2 hours I needed the vehicle now that the time was an hour less. 3 days later their “escalation team” was teviewing and neither the host nor co-host was authorized to address my issue. The end of rental email requested communication prior to posting less than 5 stars so they could make it right. I did that to no avail.
The car was fine. The service was not.
Appreciate the detailed feedback, sorry for the frustration with the rebooking process and communication around it. We’re looking into how this was handled to improve future coordination. Looking forward to hosting your trip again soon.
